She gave a quick nod of the head to his response. It seemed most of the Organization was dealing with a ‘few setbacks’ lately. Xion had been merely following orders, meeting her quotas, and keeping out of the way. “Seems everyone is getting… Overwhelmed lately.” Her voice was almost questioning, but her head lowered at the mention of Axel and Roxas “I-I… Well, I haven’t had a lot of time to spend with my friends lately… Saix hasn’t been pairing us up much.”
Zexion’s own ‘setbacks’ hadn’t been so much with his missions as they had been with his own personal schemes. And his ever-so-many secrets. Of course, a lot was to be said about someone knowing about Zexion’s… ‘problem’. “The Heartless do seem to be becoming more active lately, have they not? I have a suspicion that it might have to do with some odd distortions in reality that I’ve noticed as of late,” the Schemer mused. “And I see… hm, the Diviner is rather prickly about the notion of friendship, I’ve noticed and known for quite some time now.”

“Fourteen,” the Schemer nodded in acknowledgement of the younger member. “And how are you fairing today?” he asked, crossing his arms as he regarded her. Normally she was in the company of Roxas and Axel, so what had changed about today?
Oceanic hues lifted to meet the other “Zexion… Hello there.” Her expression seemed merely distant “I guess, I’m doing well. How about you?” It wasn’t often that number VI even acknowledged Xion, unless they had been assigned a mission. She was a bit off-put about his seemingly random appearance.
Steely indigo matched her own, the young man keeping a sharp eye for anything that could betray her knowing something other than what she claimed. “Hmm, I suppose I am well myself, despite a few setbacks that have occurred with me as of late,” he replied cryptically. Meeting those people, initiating the wager, and his own plans kept him up and constantly moving, his already lean frame dropping a bit more weight. “There are a great deal of things that keep my attention, in addition to missions. And yourself? One would think you’d be in the company of VIII and XIII.”
